Welcome to JEEMCA’s latest update from our Markham land development project. This 3,000-square-foot detached home began construction in April and has already completed its structure and roofing. Exterior wall installation is now in progress, while interior plumbing and HVAC systems are steadily advancing.
At JEEMCA, we prioritize construction quality through meticulous planning. All ductwork joints are sealed before the walls are enclosed, effectively preventing future water intrusion—an issue often overlooked in the industry. Waterproofing measures, such as flashing tape at key intersections, are carefully applied to eliminate basement leakage risks.
In the basement, where the HVAC and plumbing systems converge, careful sequencing avoids conflicts between drainage and ducting. On upper floors, fire-rated panels are installed before and after ductwork to meet stringent safety standards.
Roofing and window installations were completed within days of framing, ensuring the interior remained protected from the elements. This efficient, detail-driven approach reflects JEEMCA’s commitment to building durable, high-quality homes.
