2011

Founded as a residential builder

Delivered early low-rise and multi-family projects with an end-to-end, accountable workflow.

2017

Ontario home-builder licensing (HCRA/Tarion)

Became a warranty-backed builder; standardized QA and inspection procedures across projects.

Entered the ICI sector (Industrial / Commercial / Institutional)

Scaled up to program delivery and occupied-site work across multiple project types.

2023

ISO-certified Integrated Management System

Achieved ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001; formalized audits, KPIs, and continuous-improvement loops.

2025

Jeemca MiC launched (steel modular)

Introduced a proprietary self-positioning joint system—bolt-only installs for faster, safer set & connect.

Our Vision

Leading the industry with unwavering commitment to quality, advanced technology, and a legacy of sustainable excellence.

Delivering excellence through innovation, sustainability, and client-focused solutions in contracting management.
