This project is located within an established residential neighborhood, where the primary challenge during construction was maximizing spatial efficiency within a constrained lot while maintaining structural integrity and overall quality. From the early stages, the foundation and structural system were carefully optimized. Through precise engineering coordination and on-site execution, a partial double-height space was achieved by opening the basement to the main floor, significantly enhancing natural light and spatial connectivity. Meanwhile, the exterior façade was refined through multiple iterations in window proportions, detailing, and material transitions to ensure a clean, modern expression that remains well integrated with the surrounding context.

As construction progressed into mechanical and finishing stages, particular attention was given to concealed details and execution precision. Integrated lighting, large-format stone installation, and the floating staircase required careful coordination and multiple adjustments to achieve both visual clarity and long-term durability. These efforts ensured that the final result reflects not only design intent, but also a high level of construction quality.

The completed home presents a refined and restrained modern aesthetic. The exterior features a light-toned façade paired with dark window frames, creating a balanced composition that stands out while respecting the neighborhood.

Inside, the double-height living area becomes the visual centerpiece. A full-height stone feature wall is paired with custom wood millwork, creating a balance between warmth and minimalism. The openness of the space, combined with carefully controlled material transitions, gives the interior a strong sense of scale and cohesion.

The main living level is designed as an open, continuous space where the kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly together. Natural light travels from front to back, reinforcing depth and spatial continuity. The kitchen combines clean cabinetry with warm wood accents, while the living area remains flexible and inviting.

Upper levels are dedicated to more private functions, where the design language continues in a calm and understated manner. Bedrooms are bright and comfortable, framed by large windows that bring in natural light. Bathrooms feature a restrained palette of stone, glass, and dark fixtures, creating a quiet and refined atmosphere.

Overall, the project demonstrates a strong balance between spatial planning, structural execution, and interior detailing—resulting in a home that is both functional and architecturally cohesive.
